Our Staff

Brad has been a part of Country Faith Church since 1994.  He was involved with the youth worship team as a youth in 1995 and has been involved with Country Faith’s worship ministry ever since.  He married Carrie, his high school sweetheart in 2001.  Together they have 5 children; Stephen, Maci, Kate, Haylee and Brayden.  In 2011 Brad became the worship administrator at Country Faith.  Brad and Carrie own and operate a licensed home day care.  In February of 2017 Brad came on staff at CFC as a half time associate pastor over youth and worship.  Brad began serving full time as lead pastor of CFC in February 2023.  

Nathan has been a part of CFC for much of his life. He began serving on the Elder Team in 2014. In May of 2016, Nathan married Charis, and they now live in Bagley, Minnesota with their daughters, Raya and Ahna. In February of 2018, Nathan began serving CFC as a full time Administrative/Church Family Life pastor. In his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends in the outdoors.

Lisa grew up in ND where she met her husband, Derek, after he moved to town in 1st Grade. They started dating after High School and married in June of 2002. They moved to the Clearbrook area in 2004 with their sons, Anthony & Evan. They were blessed to find Country Faith a short time after moving to the area. Over the years, Lisa filled in as the secretary at Country Faith until being asked to become the Office Manager in 2012. In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family & friends, going to concerts & movies, and wood working.

Jason and Kristen relocated to Minnesota from Carlinville Illinois, in September of 2019, and started attending Country Faith Church in the fall of 2020. Jason has been a youth Pastor at previous churches in central Illinois, and now he’s on the youth staff here at CFC since October of 2021…he loves building relationships with all the students, and watching them grow in their love for Christ! He also works at Team Industries as a Project manager full time, and is blessed to work with the team that he is in. Jason loves golfing, fishing and being outdoors in his spare time.
Kristen loves gardening, crafting, sitting by a lake listening to Loons, and their fur babies. She has been the part time Office/Children’s Ministry Assistant since May 2022, she is also on the Hospitality team, Decorating team, and more recently the Children’s Ministry team. She loves to be creative, but also likes to help behind the scenes. She is so blessed by the people she works with and the teams she is part of! They have been married since June of 1993, have two fur babies, and live in Clearbrook.

Kari Godin has been a part of Country Faith Church since 2016 after getting married to her high school sweetheart, Tyler, who grew up going to Country Faith. Together they have two Children: Caiden and Layla.
Kari has a background in being an RN on the Labor and Delivery Floor in Bemidji and in 2022 joined the Country Faith Staff as the Children’s Ministry Lead. Kari’s heart is to have children find a personal relationship with Jesus and develop a biblical worldview. Kari grew up on a farm which gave her a love for homemaking and spending time in Gods great outdoors, especially deer hunting, fishing, and gardening. 

Aaron was born and raised on Long Island, New York and grew up in a family very much involved in ministry. As soon as he was able, he joined music ministry as well as youth ministry which quickly became his passions. He met his Minnesota-born wife, Kylie, when they both answered God’s call to attend a discipleship training school in Texas. After getting married in 2017, they moved to Bagley Minnesota and joined CFC, Kylie’s home church. Aaron volunteered as a youth leader shortly after and was officially hired to a part time youth position in October of 2021. Outside of ministry, he is a master electrician, electrical instructor, business owner, and a father of an almost 1-year old boy, Charlie.
