Jim began as the Associate Pastor at Country Faith Church in 1999. In 2016 Jim, Laura, and a team of volunteers planted Thriving Life Church in Erskine, MN where he is currently the Sr. Pastor. His role with CFC has transitioned from pastoral to apostolic. Jim will work out of TLC, working alongside and being a key extension of CFC’s vision for church planting. He will serve as our “Church Planting Overseer” and the Northern hub of TrueBridge. In this role he leads The Forge ministry training school and builds and leads a church planting team from CFC and TLC. Jim and his wife, Laura, were married in 1979 and have been blessed with two sons and 10 grandchildren.
